Walking through the streets Hamish felt his fingers twitch with the need to pick a pocket and make himself a few extra dollars. Not able to control this anymore he looked around for the best environment to fuel his filthy habit. The noise from a nearby club grabbed Hamish’s attention. In his entire life Hamish had never stepped foot in a club but due to the amount of noise he assumed that it would be the perfect environment to steal from more than just one person. Slipping inside Hamish was shocked to see the amount of people. After only taking a few steps in there were already people pushing passed him causing him to keep shifting to dodge each person who seemed try to walk through him if they could. It took a few minutes for Hamish to regain his confidence but his eyes caught sight of the tanned club owner. Hamish began to move forward toward the man until he felt a hand slide across his backside before grabbing hold of his ass. All movement halted and his cheeks turned the same shade of red as his hair. The ginger jumped away letting loose a loud yelp. Freckled cheeks looked as if they were stained red while Hamish once again began to move toward the bar only to be groped a few times by both men and women. Each time someone groped the Scotsman his cheeks began to grow redder and more awkward.

He was working the bar again as it was the bartenders night off and everyone else was underage. It was always interesting to see what happens from the bartender’s point of view as compared to standing outside all the action. From the corner of his eye, he saw a shock of red hair enter the club. He had never seen this person before and wondered why he had come into the club tonight for the first time. Watching him try to walk through the crowd, he had to feel a bit if pity for the man, from here he could tell that he was being groped. The embarrassment could be seen easily on his face and he could tell how awkward he felt. He could tell why everyone was trying to touch him, he could be considered exotic here with his red hair, and everyone wanted a piece of him. While he himself preferred a blond with an interesting shade of blue eyes, he could see the appeal of the other. Once the man made his way over to the bar, he would help him try to feel less awkward…maybe a drink would help him.

Each hand that grabbed part of Hamish caused him to yelp again and try to jump away from the hands that now were grabbing him. Some were brave enough to whisper things in his ear while taking their chance to feel his backside. By the time the ginger was able to make it to the bar his entire face appeared to be stained crimson. Reaching into his pocket to retrieve his wallet Hamish found a mixture of slips of paper and business cards from the many people that hand slid their hand across his backside. He almost wanted to find each other and explain to them while introducing them to his fist that he was not a prostitute and did not want to have a fun night with them. His eyes met the bartender’s and they seemed to narrow slightly. “Does a' body wha comes 'ere git molested? Thay shuid be trying tae git thair hauns oan ye nae me.” Even now that no one was touching him Hamish’s cheeks remained red and his lip stuck out in a slight pout.

He had to feel sorry for the red headed man, he could tell that he didn’t like the attention he was getting. Sadiq couldn’t say he was too surprised though, a red head was rare around here….everyone probably wanted to know if the curtain matched the carpet. With an eye roll at himself and at everyone else, he got a shot of Scotch ready for the male for when he finally made his way through the hormone ridden crowed and escaped their reach. No one would mess with him at the bar when he was there.
Once the man made it to the bar, he pushed the drink in front of him. “Here, this one’s on the house, you deserve it after wading through that.” He heard what the man and chuckled. “A majority of people come here to lose themselves dancing, and for most of them, that does involve some molestation here and there. They know better than to try that with me, they get one warning grope then I break what they groped me with. They wanna touch you because we don’t get many red heads around here. Now, what can I do ya for?”

When he reached the bar Hamish began to growl at anyone who seemed to try checking out his body again. Normally he couldn’t feel more comfortable wearing a kilt but right now Hamish wished more of his body was covered. Trying to hide his arms Hamish unrolled his sleeves and buttoned the cuffs. Seeing the drink in front of him the ginger picked it up and sniffed it. Making a face for a moment he closed his eyes and took the shot. This wasn’t Scotch he was used to but Hamish couldn’t turn down a free drink after being grabbed so many times. “If yin mair body touches me you’ll huv a fankle tae wash up.” There was not a smile to be found on Hamish’s face. He looked as if he were going to explode any second. “It isn’t mah fault that gingers ur rare. Ye kin git me a gun tae murdurr thaim a'.” Suddenly someone walked up behind Hamish and whispered something in his ear. Instead of hitting the person Hamish stepped onto the bar and turned toward the dancing crowd. Once people were looking over at him Hamish lifted the front of his kilt flashing everyone his fire crotch. “Aye mah locks matches! Noo clam up!” He gave everyone a chance to see before he dropped his kilt and jumped off the bar.

He had to nod. If another person came up to him and attempted anything, he would get them to realize that the man was off limits. Seeing someone come up behind Hamish, he was about to warn him but he didn’t have enough time to warn him. He sighed and had to hold back a laugh at seeing what the other man did…though he couldn’t hold it back for long, it was just too good, it wasn’t every day you saw a person flash an entire crowd of people . Once he jumped off the bar, he had to hide his grin. He lowered his voice so no one else would hear him. “Listen, if you want, I can keep these people off your back. I can pretend to show interest in ya, they know not to touch anything that I like. What ya say, just a bit of flirting then you can drink or party or whatever you want?”

“Ah awready ken ye wur smiling sae quit trying tae hide that frae me.” The ginger’s cheeks turned a little red as the slight embarrassment from his act kicked in. It wasn’t everyday that he found himself so annoyed with a question that he had to answer it in such a way to avoid being asked again. Using the back of his hand he wiped off some of the makeup that was barely covering the freckles that littered his pale cheeks. Due to his embarrassment the normally harsh look to his eyes were gone making him look almost like an overgrown child. “Ah wid rather ye nae dae that. You’re nae keekin at th' crowd as if yer attracted tae a'body meaning ye aren’t keekin fur some fur ye'v awready found someone. Ah don’t need someone else’s boyfriend protecting me frae fowk wha can’t keep thair mouths shut or thair hauns tae themselves.” Never before had Hamish need to fight people off but he didn’t feel it was right to ask a stranger to flirt with him just so people would leave him alone. Perhaps this was God’s way of telling him he can’t be alone forever even if he wished to stay alone.

He stopped hiding his grin and just let it out. "Sorry, but it’s not everyday that I see someone flash a whole room of people just because people kept asking him a question. You have balls man, I say that earned ya another drink. That’s the last free ya though, so don’t try getting more." He watched at the man wiped away some of the coverup that was hiding his freckles and didn’t say anyone, who was he to say if someone wanted to hide something. Hearing what the other said he shrugged. "Alright, just wanted to help out, don’t want a customer to feel unwelcome here. Now are ya here to drink or to actually have fun on the dance floor? We have a wide selection of alcohol here.” It was true, they even had some ones that weren’t on the list but ya had to know to order them to get it.

“I’m nae th' type o' guy ye run intae everyday 'n' ah usually don’t come tae thae places sae it wouldn’t be surprised if that’s ne'er happened tae ye afore. If ah didn’t huv balls then ah wid be workin' fur th' government instead o' stealing frae thaim.” Hamish took his drink and gulped it back before setting the empty glass back down in front of him. “I didn’t even come in here to get drunk or drink at all so that’s fine. Getting drunk in an area that I don’t know well could end bad for me “Ah didn’t even come in 'ere tae git drunk or dram at a' sae that’s braw. Getting drunk in an area that ah don’t ken weel cuid end ill fur me.” A smirk came to Hamish’s pale lips at the question of what he planned to do here. Going on the dance floor meant he was going to be touched by strangers again which was just too off putting for the ginger. Right as Hamish was starting to lean forward he felt someone brush against his back as they tried to move pass. Green eyes widened and Hamish looked as if he were going to be sick just from the woman touching his back. Moving forward a little Hamish disappeared from his seat and reappeared behind the large Turk. His breathing was ragged and his entire body was shaking violently. Without thinking he allowed the wallet that his shadows had taken from the club owner to fall free from his hand onto the floor.

Sadiq listened to all the man had said and had to blink in shock at hearing the admission from him. Did he really just admit to him that he stole from the government? “You want to be careful what you say and who you said that little tidbit to, not every in this club is neutral. You don’t even know that I won’t turn you in myself. I don’t want anything that could bring trouble here.” He saw Hamish lean towards him, looking like about to say something when a look of panic crossed his face and saw him disappear. Hearing harsh breathing from behind him he turned around and saw something fall out of the corner of his eye. Looking down, he saw his wallet on the ground at the man’s feet. Looking back up, his eyes narrowed and hardened and he grabbed the man’s arm before dragging him to the back of the club muttering harshly in his native language. “So you think you can steal from me do you, not smart, not smart at all. Lean your targets well before you try a fucking move like that.” Once they reached the back of the club where no one would see them, he slammed the others hand down on a table made of metal and grinned darkly, enough to scare all the old members of the gang he was in. “Do you have anything to say for trying to steal from me?”

The look on the bartender’s face made Hamish chuckle softly to him knowing the man was probably thinking he was insane. Most everyone liked to pretend that they didn’t have a side and hide that they went against the government but Hamish never saw much a point in hiding it. “I already know that. I looked around enough and there is a nice mix of neutral and resistance but maybe only one or two government members who are rather low in power. Oh a resistance member would sell me out to their enemy?” Normally he was able to stay calm when he planned to steal from someone but he panicked when touched by any women. His mind always seemed to freeze or began to go into panic mode that made him do idiotic things. Not being sure of the man’s powers made him worried but Hamish allowed himself to be dragged away knowing there had to be another way out. He ignored what the other side and just noticed the table was made out of metal. His eyes went wide and suddenly his shadow threads appeared all over the room and seemed to be tapping everything realizing he was surrounded by metal. “Let go of me now!” Letting his anger take control the shadows moved around the man’s arm and began stabbing into the hand holding him down.

He looked around himself and there were only a few of the government there and a lot of neutral, but there was no way the man in front of him could know he was resistance. With a cock of his eyebrow, he gave a questioning look. “And where do you get of saying I’m in the resistance? I’m just a club owner trying to make a living in a city that is becoming harder and harder to live in. You need to check your facts before you go making claims like that. I don’t want to get into trouble just because you ran your mouth.” After dragging the man to the back of the club, his mind was working on ideas of what to do to this guy. You don’t steal or attempt to steal from Sadiq Adnan without paying for it. An idea came to his head as he slammed the man’s hand on the table. Feeling something stabbing him in the hand, he hissed and let go, but it wouldn’t to the other man any good, he had already extended his awareness to the metal around him and had tapped into it. As soon as his hand let good the metal around the other’s feet moved and wrapped around his ankles, locking him in place while tried to shake off whatever had got his hand Trickles of blood started running down his hand, but he didn’t care currently, he would deal with it later, though it would be a pain to clean up off the floor. With his uninjured hand he pulled out the knife from the pocket of his shirt and prepared to defend himself from anything the man might pull. "First mistake boy never use your power solely out of emotions, they are unpredictable, expecially the negative emotions such as fear , like I can see in your eyes. What do you have to be afraid of hmm, I’m just a simple club owner trying to do my business.

Seeing the offended look on the club owner’s face made Hamish chuckle softly knowing this had to be nothing more than a show. “Anyone who is part of the government are usually assholes who enjoy seeing the discomfort of the people they are suppose to protect and the neutral live in the shadows. I’m neutral and have realized that many of the others enjoy doing illegal business that allows them to work for both sides. There is no reason to have facts when you can figure out such things with ease. I work with the resistance more than the government.” Being taken to the back of the club wasn’t too much of a problem to Hamish because it meant that no one would be able to step into what was able to happen. Having his feet trapped caused Hamish to be a little panicked but he was now willing to allow himself to go down without a fight. Now that things were getting serious his anger began to build causing shadows needles around the room to sway ready to strike. Letting loose a growl he moved the shadows around his body not caring that as they swayed they scratched him. “What my powers are fueled by is none of your business! Fear? I don’t fear you but it’s funny that you believe I could ever be afraid of you. What I fear is my own powers not someone like you. Trying to kill people is part of your business now? How interesting?”

"Never underestimate anyone. I'm just a simple club owner who just hates having people steal from him. Even if you did work for the resistance that's no reason for me to trust you, you could be lying through you teeth." It really pissed him off when others assumed things about him without getting to know him, even if they were right. There was no way he was going to tell this man that. He reigned his anger in and forced himself to calm down, there was no need to let anger take over more that it already had. That was his one flaw he still had to try and control was his temper flying off the handle. "The point is I hate people stealing from me, a power that's not under control is dangerous and I don't kill people, I threaten and then do what needs to be done, but never kill." He put away his knife and glared at the other. "I'm in a good mood despite you trying to steal from me. I'll let you go with a warning never to steal from me again in exchange I you let me teach you how to control you power. Do we have a deal?" He didn't release the other yet, but kept his senses extended, prepared to defend himself in need be.

“I trust no one so I guess we are even when it comes to not trusting each other. Also if you’re just some simple club owner there is no reason for me to ever work for you so we don’t need to trust each other. Lying through my teeth? That’s a funny thought because there is no reason to lie about what I do.” Hamish wasn’t surprised to see anger building in the others eyes but he didn’t feel threatened at all. The shadows would attack before he needed to worry about the other. A soft growl came from Hamish as he allowed his anger to grow more causing any shadows he had created to start swaying as if they were thinking about striking. “Well I don’t believe anyone enjoys having their pockets picked so that’s a given. Sorry sir but I don’t know if I can trust that you won’t try to take my life when you took me into a back room where your workers can’t see if you end my life or not.” The shadows stayed in place ready to strike if the knife was pulled again. “I’m not going to take lessons from a man I don’t trust. Release me and I will leave.” Hamish felt annoyed that he was still trapped with no way to escape.
