~Ideas~ Friends - Past the perversion and hauteur there is someone with genuine care and affection toward allies. They will still be showered with flirts here and there, but c'mon. Enemies - It is often that he may act like a coward or someone might push him to the point of excessive dramatic~ness, but there are always those people he likes to trifle with and bother. Frenemies - Those whom he seems to dislike but is able to stand at the same time and vice versa, he seems to be a magnet for them. Well, since France is part of the resistance, he could be asking Lovi for either information or some sort of contraband, or Lovi could be looking for a 'legal' job to help earn himself more money so he could run into Francis who either offers him one where he works or maybe helps him try to find another?
^^ Lovi likes to flirt a little bit with the really pretty people, though it'll be mostly meaningless to him, so that might happen from time to time at the beginning of the RP.

Well, I could start, have him walking around and trying to find a wanted ad or 'help needed' sign somewhere and cursing the fact that there are none at the moment, and then Francis comes to 'save the day'~ ^^
