Lars entered a bar looking for a certain albino named Gilbert. Now Lars wouldn’t say Gilbert was his best friend but Lars could up with him better than most. It could be said vice versa most people couldn’t take Gilbert’s huge ego for more than a few minutes, but Lars mostly found it amusing especially with how childlike the Prussian was most of the time. Lars never had to worry about the Prussian betraying him or more importantly trying to take his money unlike the Spanish bastard. The Prussian obviously wasn’t there and quickly claimed the last table against the wall.
He ordered a beer and pulled out his pipe. He wasn’t going to wait for Gilbert; especially since he knew when it came to beer the Prussian wouldn’t wait for him. His beer arrived as he rested his head against his hand as he smoked his pipe. Green eyes drifted shut as he listened to the music.

Once again, Gilbert was kicked out by his brother. Like always, the Prussian had absolutely no idea what he did wrong and even if he did do something wrong, it was his brother's fault; not his own. So, the only place that seemed appropriate for Gilbert to relax at, was the bar. Well, he was at the bar half of the time anyway.
Of course, hanging out at the bar alone wasn't that much fun even though the Prussian would never say it out loud. So, spending time at the bar with Lars seemed likely. Gilbert greatly enjoyed the Dutchman's company, though, it was another thing he wouldn't admit out loud as well. No, he'd much rather tell everyone that spending time by himself was greater company than anyone else.
Gilbert walked into the bar and immediately scanned the area for Lars. As soon as he spotted Lars, the Prussian made his way over to him and quickly took a seat next to him. He ordered his beer and then turned towards the Dutchman, "I hope you weren't waiting for me too long. I know you missed the awesome me. Kesese!"

Bright green eyes opened and stared dully into dark red. “Not too long. Just enough time to start a smoke and a beer.” Lars watched the Prussian was observant eyes. Something wasn’t quite right and if the Dutchman was right and he usually was it had something to do with the Prussian’s brother. But how to approach the subject, Lars knew very well that if he were to ask Gilbert would just say everything is awesome and then drink himself into being an albino mess.
Lars sometimes wished his personality was similar to his sister’s. She would know what to say and do to make Prussia feel better without having to hide his pain in beer. Despite popular belief Lars did give a damn about people who had earned it. “You know if you need a place to stay for a while, you are welcome in my home.” Lars hoped he wasn’t assuming anything.

Gilbert frowned, "Aw man, ya started drinking without me? That's not awesome". Really, the Prussian didn't mind in the slightest, for he probably would have done the same. In fact, he might have even downed two or three by the time Lars or anyone else he was drinking with would have shown up. Scratch that, maybe like three or four and by the time the other would have shown up, he'd be ordering his sixth and seventh.
Now, of course, he'd need to pay for these all somehow. All the money "mysteriously" got put on his brother's tab or Gilbert paid for it using his brother's money. After all, it wasn't the Prussian's money so he felt much better about spending specifically his brother's money rather than his own.
He took a prolonged sip of the beer that was set in front of him. Letting out a deep sigh, Gilbert wiped his mouth with his sleeve. "A place to stay, huh?" he grinned, "You know, if you want me in your bed all ya gotta do is say that you want me. Kesesesese!"

“Of course I did. You know you wouldn’t wait for me.” Lars replied keeping his voice perfectly even. He knew exactly how much the Prussian liked his beer and probably would have been on his seventh by the time Lars had arrived.
He sighed as he watched the Prussian. He could guess what was going on in that thick head of his. “I’ll pay for you this time, but you really need to get a job so that way your brother can stop controlling your funds the way he does.” Lars couldn’t understand why the Prussian didn’t want his own money.
Lars used the beer to hide his grin. Gilbert seriously wasn’t trying to tease him was he? Well Lars could give the Prussian a taste of his own medicine. “Who’s says that’s not where I want? All laid out on my bed.” He gave Gilbert a look that could only say what exactly he wanted the Prussian for. Let’s see how he deals with that.

The Prussian scratched the back of his head and shrugged, "Eh, I guess ya' got a point there". Truly, Gilbert wouldn't wait for anyone, ever, even if they have waited for him in the past. The Prussian didn't particularly care for anyone coming between him and his alcohol.
He narrowed his eyes, "He doesn't control my funds". Gilbert huffed, "I do whatever I want and I tell him what to do. So if I want money, I just take it. It's mine too, not just his!"Gilbert was slightly annoyed, not at Lars, however. He was more annoyed at the fact that almost everyone assumed that he just freeloaded off of his brother. But really, the Prussian could leave whenever he wanted to, just like he did earlier.
"You know, doing it on the kitchen table sounds much better," he nonchalantly said, while smirking. Gilbert took a sip of his beer, "Or maybe on a bar counter". He nudged Lars, "But doing it on a bed is much more fun though," he smiled, "Especially if it's your bed".

Beer wasn’t Lars’ favorite thing. He much preferred smoking to drinking but it was a great way to spend time with Gilbert. Besides Gilbert loved drinking as much as Lars loved smoking so it was worth it.
“Still I’m surprised you haven’t gotten bored yet without a job.” Lars couldn’t imagine sitting around doing nothing or not keeping busy. Lars had been a bit of workaholic since he was a child so he would never be able to wrap his mind around not having a job.
“That would be interesting.” Lars admittedly liked the image; he would probably pursue if it wasn’t for the fact that his sister, Emma, bought that table for him and it was a special memory between them. “Sorry but I don’t like for people to watch when I please my partners. It’s much more fun to just focus on them. Yes it is, especially since I just bought a new cal king sized bed.” Lars grinned.

A cheshire grin formed on the Prussian's face, "Oh don't you worry about me. I don't get bored. West's the one who gets bored; that's why he cleans all the time". Truthfully, Gilbert found himself extremely bored most of the time. He would clean if the apartment, but mind you, his brother certainly did a fantastic job of keeping it spotless. Thus, allowing Gilbert to have no satisfaction in occupying his time or doing something beneficial. The Prussian didn't have any money to spend either; Ludwig was a control-freak especially when it concerned his money.
Gilbert's face became in a state of shock, but he quickly recovered with a smirk replacing it. He certainly did like it when the Dutchman got all flirty and such. "A king size bed, eh? Have you tested it out with anyone yet?" Certainly, the Prussian would actually be a tad bit jealous if Lars did, but he wouldn't let it show. Rather, he'd try his best not to show it, yet, somehow it might trickle through.
It was strange and 'strange' was the best word Gilbert used to describe this feeling he had for Lars. Just thinking about Lars sharing his bed with someone else made the Prussian want to throw the bar stool he was sitting on, across the room and then fly into a fit of rage. He certainly did not like feeling jealous and didn't quite understand why the feeling suddenly arose. He didn't want to jump to conclusions, but he kept reminding himself that being by himself was what was best.
