Aleksander lazily walked down the street looking left and right, in search of a store to venture into. It wasn't necessarily that he was searching for something in particular, instead, it was more of him searching for something to do. However, nothing really seemed to captivate him; not even the cute little animals in the pet store. He leaned against a wall and lit a cigarette. His olive green eyes seemed to catch a glimpse of young woman. Aleksander tilted his head to observe what seemed to be a ginger. Oddly enough, she seemed familiar, but he figured he saw her while he was sorting out taxes at a government office; she definitely looked like she worked for the government. Then again, Aleksander only figured as much by the way she was dressed, but he shrugged his shoulder and took a drag of his cigarette.
Aleksander frowned a bit since the ginger seemed to remind him of his part time job. He let out a soft growl and took another drag of his cigarette. Aleksander sighed and bundled himself in his jacket. The Bulgarian was skipping work. Aleksander didn't forget, it was really the fact that he didn't want to go and that he woke up pretty late. It probably didn't look good for his record, but some schmoozing always seemed to work. Besides, he hadn't had a day to himself for awhile.
Yet, Aleks did need some office supplies, despite the fact he really didn't care that much about his job, so he began to walk down the street once more.

Ludwig sighed as he made his way down the street, keeping to himself as much as possible. After an extremely stressful day at school all he wanted to do was take a nap to get rid of his pounding headache. I swear I've never met people more immature than my classmates....
Turning the corner, he headed straight for the local coffee shop that he always stopped at. Coffee sounded amazing at the moment and he might be able to get some homework done before catching some sleep before his shift at the bar. Looking up, he stopped when he noticed a man leaning against the wall. His instinct to protect himself kicked in and he activated his Eagle Vision, staying put. White. Innocent.....for now.
Turning his power off, he continued walking past the man when he was shoved aside by another civilian. Just his luck, he slammed right into the man.

Aleksander tried to remember exactly what he needed for his small little office space. Staplers? No. That wasn't it. Perhaps it was folders? Still, he couldn't exactly remember what it was so he hoped that browsing around in an office supply store would jog his memory, either before or after he was finished playing with with office chairs with wheels.
He took drag of his cigarette and flicked off a few of the ashes while walking. However, the cigarette was knocked out of Aleksander's hand when a larger man knocked right into him. The Bulgarian stepped on the cigarette to put it out and looked up at the other, narrowing his eyes. He folded his arms and sneered, "Do you have some sort of problem?"
What seemed to annoy the Bulgarian was the fact that his unfinished cigarette was knocked to the ground. After all, it was a perfectly good cigarette so there was no need to waste it. Also, they were pretty expensive as well, but his job seemed to have stock rooms full of them, which Aleksander still doesn't exactly understand. However, if he wanted more, then he would actually have to go to work to get them and that certainly wasn't on his "To-Do" list for the day... and the next day... and the day after that.

Ludwig was a little surprised at the reaction the man had to being knocked into. It's not like he MEANT to knock into him, he was pushed. Stopping quickly, he double-checked the man's color. Still white. Alright then, he’s definitely not an enemy. Just a normal civilian….
Taking in the man’s expression, he saw the sarcasm and annoyance written all over his face. Great, now I pissed him off. Way to go Ludwig, you’re supposed to stay OUT of trouble, not get IN to it. His headache was getting worse now, and it was getting a little harder to see straight. Stumbling a bit, he leaned against the wall and clutched his head. “N-No, no problem….I’m sorry to have bothered you, I need to go.” Pushing himself off the wall, he turned to go back into the crowd. Ludwig also couldn’t shake the feeling that he should be very wary around this guy, and it made him more nervous than usual. He knew his headache wouldn’t help, not letting him shield his meotions as well, and he was eager to leave the situation.

Aleksander was half-tempted to pick a fight with the larger man, believing that the outcome would favor the Bulgarian. Yet, he was only half-tempted, but the urge to fight seemed like it didn't want to go away. Then again, those kinds of impulses never seemed to go away until Aleks acted upon them. Unfortunately for the other, Aleksander wasn't going to back down on his urges, certainly not one regarding a fight.
Before the other man could get away, Aleksander shoved him back into a wall. He knitted his eyebrows and hissed, "No problem? Good. Because I don't think you'd want to make it into a problem, would you?" The Bulgarian pulled out his pack of cigarettes and took one of them out; the second to last, he mentally noted. He put the pack away, took out a lighter, and lit the cigarette. Aleksander took a drag and relaxed a bit, but was still rather tense. He took another drag, "I really don't think you'd want to make it a problem... right?"
The smaller of the two was feeling rather fearless, for he knew that within time, he would have the power to do anything. After all, working for the government wasn't all bad. If he really, really wanted to, Aleksander could talk to someone higher than him at work and accuse this man of treason, or something along those lines. Things like that could be as vague as possible. If the government suspected something, then the person suspected would be taken out immediately. Unless of course, they wanted to question their target, but they would still be killed after word. So really, Aleksander was a bit more arrogant than usual.

Ludwig wanted nothing more than to just walk away from the situation, but it seemed the brunette was having none of that. He shoved Ludwig against the wall unexpectedly. Listening to the smaller sneer in his face, Ludwig's vision flicked on and off, the color going between white and red. Dammit, is he an enemy or not....I can't tell right now!
Watching the other man take a cigarette out, Ludwig glanced around for a way to escape. There was the street he was on, the road, the street across the road, and the alleys that littered the city. Shops wouldn't offer much cover, so they really weren't an option. Ludwig also had no clue who this guy worked for, and if it was government he was screwed if he was caught. "Look, I really don't want any trouble...can I just go?"
Shifting on his feet, Ludwig's hand itched for a knife. If only he hadn't left his home....wait. He had a smaller one in his boot. Now, if he could just reach it if something happens....

Aleksander stared at the other man. Why on Earth was the other being so... feminine? The Bulgarian snickered as he thought of the taller and muscular man being much more feminine than he. In Aleksander's opinion, he thought the other was rather girly. It didn't make sense to Aleks that someone would be so against causing trouble. If he were in the other guy's position, he would definitely fight back no matter what the outcome would be.
He took a drag of his cigarette and flicked some of the ashes off. Aleksander twirled the cigarette around his fingers, unafraid of being burnt. He imitated the other in a much higher voice, "Look, I really don't want any trouble. Can I just go?" The Bulgarian snickered, "Can I just go? Ha! What kind of question is that?" He took another drag of his cigarette and looked at the other man with a more solemn face, "You cannot be serious". Aleksander took in a larger amount of smoke to fill his lungs and let it out slowly, "If I were your size, I wouldn't take any crap from anyone," a broad fixed grin formed on his face, "That's just me though".
The Bulgarian certainly was only telling it like it was, or rather, the way he saw it. He wasn't ashamed of his size, but his power definitely made up for it.

Ludwig glared as he felt his anger rising. Was this guy seriously making fun of him? He could cut his throat in a split second if he really wanted to! But the whole point was to /not/ draw attention to yourself. Unfortunately, Ludwig knew he might have to make a scene out of this one. "Look, you /really/ do not want to mess with me. So just walk away before this gets ugly." His eagle vision now identified this man as red. The enemy. Which means that at some point they will be fighting each other or other members of each other's teams. Quite frankly, Ludwig wanted to fight this one himself.
Pulling his knife out, he kept his hand behind his leg just enough that the knife was concealed. Being trained in weaponry helps when your power isn't as strong or significant as many of the others, but Ludwig made do.

The Bulgarian was reaching the end of his cigarette, but tried to take in a few more breaths before dropping it on the ground and stepping on it. He smiled at the other man letting out a sarcastic laugh. "So, you bump into me and now your threatening me? Ha!" Aleksander walked up closer to the man so he could right in the other's face. "I suggest you watch out who you're dealing with. Even if it's not me, then it's one of my friends. One of my many, many friends who can't take a joke like I can. After all, this is a joke, right?" He sneered, "If it weren't, then it would really be a problem, wouldn't it?"
Aleksander backed up a bit and pulled out another cigarette. What was this, his third? Fourth? Didn't matter anyway. What mattered was how he was going to get more, since there was only one left in the pack. He frowned and sighed as he eyed the last cigarette in the pack. He lit the cigarette and took a drag.
He smirked, "I think I'm the nicest out of my friends, so I guess you're pretty lucky". Aleksander shrugged and laughed, "I mean, I wouldn't kill you right away like they would... So I guess that makes me pretty nice, right?"

Of course he was threatening by now, all he wanted to do was be left alone! But it didn't seem like the other man was going to give him the satisfaction of leaving. "I honestly don't care who your friends are, seeing as I don't know you. I didn't even want something like this to happen. But you're not giving me much of a choice."
Ludwig stepped forward to match the brunette's steps, not planning on backing down now. He was done playing, done trying to be nice and let this guy leave. It was very rare someone pissed him off bad enough to make him do something like this. "If you're the nicest, then you must be the easiest to beat. After all, it's always the soft ones who lose quickly."
He realized he probably shouldn't be taunting this man, seeing as it /would/ rile him up, but Ludwig wasn't thinking things through as much right now.

Growing impatient, Aleksander put his cigarette out with the palm of his hand and dropped it to the ground. The burn the cigarette left hurt a bit, but it was no where near how angry the Bulgarian was starting to get. Clearly, the other man did not understand that he would be in a world of shit if he did decide to cross Aleksander. "You're the one who started this when you pushed me. Therefore, you let this happen, idiot."
Annoyed that the other came to face him, Aleksander shoved him back into the wall. He snarled, "Is that so? What does that make you then? Considering you didn't want any trouble, do-gooder?"
He came up close to the man and whispered, smiling, "How would you like to be executed for assaulting a government official who was just on his merry way getting supplies for himself and his coworkers? That would make you an enemy of the state. Treason!" He backed up as his eyes were gleaming at the remembrance of countless execution he part took in. "Who knows what they'd do to you, right? They could kill you... they could kill everyone you know. Even those who are completely innocent!", he laughed, "That would be a shame, wouldn't it? All those people dead. And it would be your fault". The Bulgarian narrowed his eyes, "How would you live with yourself, hm? I know I surely wouldn't," Aleksander cackled, "Actually, maybe I would. It doesn't bother me".

Ludwig figured he probably had steam coming out of his ears by now, he could barely restrain his rage. Did this guy NOT see what happened?! However, judging by the attitude, he now had a pretty good idea of who this guy worked for. "Look, unless you really didn't see, you KNOW I got pushed. I didn't knock into you on purpose, there would be no point."
He felt his back hit the wall and immediately tensed, hating the fact that he couldn't get out to the open. "You're giving me no choice dammit! If you had just walked away from the beginning none of this would have happened!"
Listening to the man talk, he couldn't help the small, almost insignificant smirk that came to his face. This guy really had no clue, did he. Ludwig had no one close enough for them to take out. He had no family here. He really didn't talk to anyone. He had nothing to lose taking this guy on. Blue eyes gleaming, he looked straight into his eyes. "Really? Who says I have anyone to lose." Stepping forward so that he was close to the man's face, he pulled the knife out from behind his back and pressed the very tip to the brunette's jugular. "Now. I suggest you let me leave."

Aleksander rolled his eyes, "Damn it. You're like a whiny girl". He shrugged his shoulders, "But that's just my opinion. I doubt you'd even consider it," he laughed, "Unless you're a softy, which wouldn't surprise me at all".
He quickly looked around to see if people were gathering, which they were, unfortunately for him. Normally, he wouldn't care if others were around, but he had recently pissed his boss off arguing with a coworker, so he really didn't want word to travel back to his boss. After all, one never knows who's watching in the crowd.
"Well listen girly. You were the one who pushed me and I did not like that. Nope, I didn't like that at all. What would you do? Let me guess, you'd walk away like the bigger person. Aw, that's just great," he gave the man a playful tap on the shoulder, "I bet everyone thinks you're just a stellar, fantastic person, huh? That's cute. I bet everyone just loves you. That's so great, isn't it?"
He laughed to himself as the knife was pressured to his own jugular; the cold metal against his warm, sun-kissed skin. For some odd reason, he couldn't stop laughing. The whole situation just seemed so... funny. Yet, he clenched his fist, causing his knuckles to become a pale white color. Aleksander was about to raise his fist when out of the corner of his eye, he saw the same woman he saw earlier on the phone, looking straight at him. His laughter stopped and was replaced by a low growl, while his glare at the woman become much more noticeable. "Perhaps I will let you leave, princess. Perhaps I will..."
His interest was on taking the woman down now, for she could ruin his career as well as his reputation at work. Rather than keep taunting the man who was holding a knife to his throat, he began to think of ways to kill the woman instead of thinking of ways to get out of his current situation.

Ludwig's glare increased and the tip of the knife he was holding pressed closer and closer to Aleksander's skin, threatening to break through. As soon as the words "isnt it" were out of his mouth is when Ludwig pressed down enough to draw small droplets of blood. Eyes flicking around at the people that had gathered, he turned on his Eagle Vision. Most of his vision was a sea of white, the glow bright in the otherwise darker background. However, there was a certain woman he had noticed Aleksander looking at. When he turned to look at her, her color shifted from white, to blue, then finally to yellow. A target? But not in the killing sense…no. This is someone I have to save.
Glancing back at the look on the man’s face, he knew he was after this woman. Turning his power off so he could move, Ludwig proceeded to shout at the crowd, hoping to drive them away. “Alright, everyone clear out! Unless you want the Government on your tails as well!” Feeling happy with himself as he watched people start hurrying on their way, he turned an eye back to the Bulgarian, gauging his reaction.

Truly, it was strange; the cold knife against his skin combined with warm blood running down his neck. It gave Aleksander a tingly feeling, but not the good kind. Definitely not the good kind. He wanted to punch the other man in the face, but his attention was more focused on the woman still. After all, she could put an end to his career and that was something the power hungry Bulgarian didn't want. No, not at all.
As the other told the people to clear out, olive green eyes watched the woman give him a devilish smirk, then she ran away with the crowd. With blood still running down his neck, the Bulgarian screamed. Angry wasn't the best word to describe his feeling; furious and raging was more like it. It was that man's fault that his life goal could be destroyed within an instant.
Frantic and rabid, Aleksander punched that man square in the jaw. "This is your fucking fault she got away! Damn it!" He wiped the blood off of his neck, "Do you understand what you just did!? She's not even on your side! Fuck!" Aleksander wiped his neck once more to make sure the blood was all gone. "She'd probably shoot you in a fuckin' second if there were no people here. Damn it! And you let her fucking get away!"
He slammed his fist on the wall and ran his other hand through his dark hair. "What to do.. What to do.." Even if he tried to make it back to the Government building, that woman would beat him to it, and he still had this guy to deal with. He screamed once more, "Fuck!"
