Ludwig sighed as he checked his watch for the tenth time since arriving at the building. He was supposed to meet another resistance member in five minutes, but the man was nowhere to be seen. If this guy is going to be working with us from now on, he better be here or have a good excuse for being late! Glancing around, he scanned the crowd for anyone who might possibly be his coworker. The only problem was that he had no idea what the man looked like, only that this was where they were both told to go. After about a minute of scanning the crowd, the blonde’s Eagle Vision kicked in, sending the streets around him into darkness except for the bright lights making up the people going about their everyday business. Almost all of the people he could see were blinding white, marking them innocent. The few sharp red outlines he could see were mentally brushed aside; he wasn’t here for a fight. However, the two or three blue shapes made him relax slightly. Having other members around always made Ludwig feel less alone. Seeing no glimpse of yellow anywhere on the crowded street, he turned his power off and leaned against the side of the building, continuing to wait.

He cursed under his breath. Of all the times for someone to want to pick a fight with him.....He wasn't running, you never run in the city, all it did was give people the chance to trip you and who knows what else. He didn't trust many, especially not random citizens on the street. It took a lot to make him trust others, and he had to trust his informant that this wasn't a trap. He had a baseball cap on, but nothing to really block his vision. He scanned the street and looked for who he was supposed to meet. he didn't know how he would recognize his the person he was supposed to meet with. Really now, how was he supposed to find this person based on the instructions.
He extended his powers and felt that there were a lot of people with weapons around him... good to know in case of an ambush. He drew his senses back in and looked around again. Looking at his watch, it showed that he was right on time...now here's hoping that his watch wasn't wrong; he hated being late and was vastly annoyed when others were late when meeting with him. Looking around again, he stayed on guard as he didn't recognize anyone...there were no friendly faces, only unknown, potential enemies.

Quickly glancing at his watch, Ludwig noted the time to be six. Activating his Eagle Vision for the second time, he decided to give his supposed teammate the benefit of the doubt and scanned the crowd one more time. Amidst the darkness was a sea of white. /So many innocents…all of them unaware./ He was slightly relieved to see that some of the red spots that had been there earlier were gone. Less enemies to keep an eye on…you never know just who is listening in on you.
Turning quickly, he almost missed the splash of gold that crossed his line of vision. Swiveling to that spot, he zeroed in on a man standing maybe ten feet away, looking somewhat lost. Relying on his power and instinct, he let his power switch off before approaching the man. “You look lost. Can I help you? I was just waiting for a friend of mine.”

He stood there for a minute and sighed, hopefully the person he was supposed to meet was still there and didn't leave cause he wasn't early like he was usually. He had tried to dress to blend in with the crowd, a pair of jeans and t-shirt under his long green trench coat. It was slightly cold and he hated the cold, he much preferred the heat. He kept looking around looking for signs of a potential ambush. He was glad that more people had left, but he was glad there was some around... you never met a person you didn't know in an isolated area, that just wasn't smart, too many things could go wrong.
Seeing the other man approaching him, he eyed him warily. "Possibly...I was looking for a friend of mine to." He looked the other up and down with an appraising eye before nodding. "Its a distinct possibility. Though how can I be sure you’re the friend I'm looking for and not one someone I've had a bad run in with before?" He was a paranoid man; he had to be to survive in this city.
