Inviting someone somewhere to meet up with Francis usually meant harboring a bouquet of roses or flowers of another assortment to be bestowed to the other person, dressing nicely to ensure he looked as presentable as he usually thought himself to be anyway, as well as the rest of him. But Arthur was someone with whom he'd never once had or will have close ties to; the air between the two was always tense when together and he simply could never pass off the opportunity of finding a reason to bicker with the Englishman. He carried nothing with him other than his usual feminine fragrance, hair let down and a green striped scarf coiled around his neck. This was by no means and sort of date, but really, he couldn't ever help himself looking as nice as he can no matter whom it is he's meeting with. A soft murmur of citizens came from the theater he stood in front of, awaiting the arrival of the fellow blond. And, plus, the theater was not the primary reason for their meeting. But had better not be late. Though he wasn't one to speak given his usual disinclination to following any sort of schedule himself, it totally did not matter in this situation. Just another thing to blame Arthur for.
