Matthew has long, creamy golden waves of hair and blazing amethyst eyes framed with long lashes and his usual thin-framed glasses. His skin is like porcelain, an even tone of ivory as it is rarely exposed to the sun. Being a hockey player has made him shockingly muscular over the years, though he is still lean, as it is almost impossible to gain weight for this Canadian. This embarrasses Mattie, thus he is often seen wearing baggy clothing, along with his goggles that are almost always strapped on his head.
Though he stands at around 6'8, Matthew is not intimidating whatsoever. His voice is calming and soft. His limbs are long with spider-like fingers and a long-reach. A long, one-looped curl sits in the middle of the split of his hair and is known to be his 'erogenous zone'.
Occupation: Ticketmaster at an Ice Rink

Superpower: Cryokinesis; the ability to manipulate ice. Unique to him, as he had lived in the northern parts of Canada, Matthew is able to create ice out of thin air by freezing the water particles around him. This desiccates the air around him, making it difficult to impossible to work with dry air. Because of this, his skin is often viewed with the slightest aqua tint, along with visible breath and ice-cold skin anywhere he goes. His most obvious weakness is fire. The sight of it makes him weak in the knees and loss of breath that can lead to blackouts.

Personality: Matthew is a guiltless, naive man with a face as kind as his heart. Using manners and courtesy wherever he goes, he is an open, mature man with good intentions. Mattie cannot keep a grudge, and it is impossible for this man to 'hate' someone, no matter the person.
Kumajiro is a polar bear that has been by Matthew's side for as long as he could remember. Recently, he has been able to remember Kuma's name, but it is not vice-versa. Though he may seem open and friendly, he never allows himself too close to someone, in a fear of being abandoned. This fear has always stuck with him. This may have been the cause to his insecurity towards himself. Mentally, he is always building walls against those who get too close. It does not help that he is constantly mistaken for his brother, Alfred. On another note, he takes in life's simplest of gifts and enjoys them to their fullest and is usually seen with a bright smile.
Mattie follows many life morals, as he is a very peaceful man. Though he usually rolls onward independently, ignoring the constant pestering he gets from others that could be considered bullying, he doesn't mind. Matthew sees the glass half full in almost any case and will leave his own comfort borders to help another.
Likes:
~Hockey~ When he is not watching the games, he is on the ice. He is vicious when he is and can get extremely violent when playing. In fact, he has purposely broken others bones and will not stand for his own loss.
~Reading~ In his spare time, Matthew reads classic novels from all over the world, thus giving him much backround knowledge.
~Cooking~ Matthew is a exquisite cook. He enjoys baking breads, sweets, and pastries and seeing others faces light up when they taste his goods.
~Music~ He is not picky when it comes to music as he owns a few instruments himself, it usually comes down to soft music or pieces, depending on his mood.
~Video Games~ It's usually when others comes over is he seen playing video games, but he secretly enjoys playing them, preferably old systems.
~Visiting~ Matthew has always tried to make plans with his friends and will go out of his way to make sure everyone has a good time when in a group, even if he isn't.

Dislikes:
~"Who?"~ Matthew hates when he is mistaken for another and tries his best to correct it.
~Heat~ Matthew is not fond of the heat for obvious reasons.
~Inconsiderate/obnoxious people~ These kinds of people tend to scare him. They usually are too loud to hear him and are the ones who often forget who he is. He will never say it, but he truly hates them.
~No competition~ Matthew is all about competition when it comes to hockey. If you don't put up a fight, you are bound to get hurt by him.
~Fighting outside the Rink~ When Matthew isn't in the rink, he get's annoyed of fighting and tries his best to put it to a halt.
Overall, stay on Matthew's good side and you're good. He doesn't hate many things.

Fatal Flaw: Matthew is a huge pushover. Though he has a strong opinion, he will not speak it unless pushed to the breaking point, which usually leads to violence. Overall, he cannot stand up for himself.

Waves of security washed over the Italian, the younger Vargas' words freezing and defrosting him within an instant. His tears had dried. Romano shuddered and let our a small, pitiful hiccup followed by a sniffle and silence. He shouldn't be the one crying. The fact that he was crying in this case made him even more repugnant with himself, but this wasn't about him. It should be about his brother. He drew him close, letting his hand lazily slip up his brothers tenuous chest and hang around his neck. He now knew why something, a feeling, was always holding him back whenever he was with someone else. Brotherly instinct, perhaps? Never again would he let himself fall for another man. As despicable as he is, his everything is right here. Chests pressed together, his skin set a flare as emerald pools, framed with imperfect long lashes eyed the wall until they slowly begun to flutter shut. Sheepishly swaying ever so slightly from heel-to-heel, their bodies synchronized themselves. Romano tried his best to support his own weight. "You're right." His voice quivered a bit, like a child speaking their first words. "I may never know the extent of your feelings, but I'd like to find out sometime amount these next amazing years that I will spend with you. I love you too, Veneziano. You have gone through so many battles between yourself....a-and for what? For me? Astounding, Fratello." Crap, That's not what he meant in the least bit! Short sentences. Stick with that, dumbass. "As your brother, I am proud. As your lover, I am swooned. Fratello, I love you so much..." He didn't have many words of....affection in his vocabulary, but he would try and learn. Take a risk, there's no harm in trying. Romano's eyes refused to open and his voice became lighter and lighter, like the blood was draining from his head. Veneziano's scent was intoxicating, soft. Gentle yet addicting. And it was surrounding Lovino. He never had noticed his particular scent when up so close, nor had he cared then. But that was then.
